In this video I sample Menu 4 from a recent case purchase of XMRE 1300XT. Menu 4 is - Spaghetti with Beef and Sauce. The overall meal was very good for what they are. MRE's will play an important role in an SHTF event. They do not need to be cooked and come with a flameless heater for the main course and a bag of water for coffee.
